Beans with clams
The clams have to be washed well by leaving them in salted water for a few hours to release the sand. The recipe can be made with canned beans already cooked, but I made it by cooking the beans. If we do so, we have to soak them from the night before.

This recipe for squid in its ink is very simple. The most complicated thing is to clean the squid, but that can be done in the fish market. Thanks to that, we will only have to make the sauce and cook the squid in it.
